INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Roberts was traveling southbound US95 near milepost 357 when he crossed over the centerline and struck Smith's vehicle. The roadway was intermittently blocked for approximately 3.5 hours. All the occupants were transported to Gritman Medical Center in Moscow,ID. Investigation continues.
