INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Norman was traveling Westbound when she lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve causing her to cross into the Eastbound lanes. Norman left the roadway going onto the shoulder and into the ditch. The vehicle rolled and came to a rest on its tires. The road was blocked for approximately one hour.
