On August 21, 2015, at 10:06 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 15 at milepost 133, near Roberts, Idaho.

Hunter J. McKinney, 15, of Great Falls, MT, was driving southbound on Interstate 15 in a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. McKinney drove off the left side of the road and struck the guardrail. The vehicle then rolled and came to rest facing north in the right southbound lane.

Hunter and his passengers, Dustin J. McKinney, 36, Paige D. McKinney, 28, and two juveniles, all of Great Falls, MT were transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID. Another juvenile passenger was transported by air ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

Southbound lanes were blocked for approximately two hours while crews worked to clear the scene.

This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.

Idaho State Police are currently investigating a single vehicle crash southbound Interstate 15, at milepost 133, near Roberts, Idaho.

Currently the southbound lanes of travel are blocked and being diverted to State Highway 48. More information will be provided as it is available.
