On August 6, 2015, at approximately 6:35 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle injury crash on State Highway 33, near milepost 63, in Jefferson County.

Hannah E. Burlingham, 22, of Hamilton, MT, was driving eastbound on State Highway 33 in a 2008 Hyundai Accent. She drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected, and lost control of the vehicle. She again drove off the right side of the road and down an embankment, where she crashed into a pile of rocks.

Burlingham was transported by ground ambulance to Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, ID.

Idaho State Police was assisted by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.

On Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 6:36 p.m., the Idaho State Police is investigating a single vehicle crash eastbound State Highway 33 near milepost 63, east of Sage Port of Entry in Jefferson County.

Currently the eastbound right lane of travel is partially blocked. More information will be provided as it comes available.
