INCIDENT NARRATIVE: MARKEE was traveling northbound on Red River Road at approximately milepost 1.8 outside Elk City. MARKEE drove onto the right shoulder as he attempted to negotiate a corner. Markee lost control of his vehicle and subsequently went off the roadway on the left shoulder. Markee was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of Kin have been notified. The crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
