INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Prater was traveling EB on US12 and left the road on the right shoulder. The trailer rolled and came to rest on the road, blocking both lanes. 1900 gallons of diesel spilled from the tanker. The recovery and cleanup process is ongoing.
