INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Lentz was traveling southbound on State Highway 57 when his vehicle drove over the right shoulder. He adjusted, crossing both lanes of traffic and entering the north side ditch striking a tree. Lentz was ejected from the vehicle. The investigation is continuing.
