INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Duncan was stopped at a red light southbound US95 at the intersection of Canfield when Castleton failed to stop for the red light and rear-ended Duncan's vehicle. Both Castleton and Duncan were transported to Kootenai Health for treatment. Investigation is continuing.
