INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Skow was driving southbound on SH3 at milepost 23 when he drove off the road onto the right hand shoulder. He over corrected and drove across the highway. He went over the embankment on the left hand side, overturned and the vehicle caught fire. All five occupants were able to exit the vehicle. The crash is under investigation.
