***Final Update***

Traffic is now clear following an injury crash involving three commercial vehicles on State Highway 55 east of Huston. David Domka, age 65, of Meridian was traveling southbound on Highway 55 near milepost 10 when he slowed for a vehicle that was turning in front of him. William Moore, age 44, of Caldwell struck Domka from behind. Following this, Ronnie George, age 48, of Nampa, struck Moore from behind. Traffic was blocked for approximately 2 and a half hours while the crash was investigated and the vehicles were removed. Domka and George were transported by ground ambulance to West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell. All drivers were wearing seat belts. The crash is still under investigation.

Both north and southbound traffic is blocked and traffic is being diverted to Wagner Rd.

At this time, the Idaho State Police is investigating an injury crash involving three commercial vehicles on State Highway 55 at milepost 10 near Riverside Rd. Southbound traffic is blocked and northbound traffic is partially blocked. Traffic is being diverted, but delays are to be expected. Motorists should avoid the area if possible.
