INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Johnson was driving his 2013 Polaris ATV east on Forest Service Road 500 when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve. The ATV ran off the right side of the road. Johnson was thrown from the ATV which rolled on top of him. Johnson died form injuries sustained from the crash. Next of kin has been notified.
