INCIDENT NARRATIVE: While travelling northbound on US95 at milepost 197, the driver of the Chevy pickup veered across the center line and collided head-on with Scheuerman who was southbound in a semi tractor and trailer. Scheuerman's semi tractor and trailer continued off the roadway down the embankment and landed in the river. The driver of the Chevy pickup was pronounced deceased at the scene. The road was blocked for approximately 6 hours. The crash is still under investigation.
