INCIDENT NARRATIVE: On April 24, 2013 around 7:20 AM, Idaho State Police stopped a stolen vehicle on US12 near mile post 147. The vehicle had been stolen out of Portland, Oregon. Two subjects were detained while a third ran into the woods. Both subjects were arrested after investigation on drug charges and possession of a stolen vehicle. They were transported to Idaho County Jail in Grangeville, Idaho. Around 1:00 PM the third subject was spotted walking along the highway in the same area of the traffic stop. Idaho Fish and Game and an Idaho County Deputy made contact with the subject who was arrested for drug charges and possession of a stolen vehicle and taken to Idaho County Jail. Suspects arrested were Thoeodore Christensen of Vancouver, Washington, Stephanie Shields of Lebanon, Oregon, and Steven Mckheean of Bothell, Washington.
