INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Bachman was westbound attempting to pass Buck. She lost control of her vehicle hitting the trailer that was being pulled by Buck. This caused Buck to lose control of his vehicle which went through the median and into oncoming traffic. The trailer then flipped on its side. Bachman's vehicle went over the embankment on the north side of the interstate. The interstate was reduced to one lane in each direction for approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes.
