On January 8, 2013 at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle roll-over injury crash that occurred westbound Interstate 86 at milepost 43, near American Falls.

Tanyjo Schwartz, 32, of Pocatello, was traveling west on Interstate 86 in a 2002 Ford Taurus. Schwartz lost control of her vehicle on ice. The vehicle rolled and came to rest on its top in the median.

Schwartz was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center.
