INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Harvey was Southbound on State Highway 13 when he encountered a left hand curve. The wheel barring on the trailer that his motorcycle was pulling seized, causing Harvey to lose control. The motorcycle went off the right shoulder. The passenger was thrown and the motorcycle came to rest on top of Harvey.
