INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Zushynsky was northbound on SH97 near milepost 72 when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve. He drove off the right side of SH97, laying the motorcycle over on it's side, where it struck the embankment. Zushynsky was ejected from the motorcycle.
