INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Duval was Northbound on Government Way when he crossed the center line and left the West side of the road, his vehicle traveled thru a chain link fence and went over the embankment vaulting on to I90. Duvals vehicle collided with the cement barrier wall in the median where it came to rest. Alcohol was a factor in this crash.
