The Idaho State Police Commercial Vehicle Safety Section has a new Facebook page where you can find information about the 2nd Annual Safe Driving Day that is going to be held on May 18 and 19, 2012.
Safe Driving Day is an opportunity to learn about the dangers of distracted driving. Unfortunately, distracted driving has become one of the leading causes of crashes involving young drivers. Many of them are unaware of the serious and sometimes fatal consequences that can occur when drivers take their eyes off the roadway for even a second.
