On January 16, 2012, at approximately 11:29 a.m., Corporal Zweigart stopped a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane while traveling north on US Highway 91 near Burnside Avenue in Chubbuck, ID. As a result of this stop, Corporal Zweigart seized 6.6 pounds of marijuana. Anthony C. Litton, 22, of St. Paul, MN was charged with trafficking of marijuana and incarcerated at the Bannock County Jail.
