On Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at approximately 9:30pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash southbound on SH32 at milepost 4, near Tetonia. Lonnie Lucker, 49 of Driggs, was driving a 1999 Ford pickup southbound on SH32. As Lucker dropped down between two hills, he struck a hayloader that was parked perpendicular to the road in the southbound lane. Both Lucker and his passenger, Grant Thompson, 64 of Victor, had minor injuries. Neither Lucker nor Thompson were transported to the hospital. The driver of the hayloader, Lance Selleck, 36 of Idaho Falls, was not injured in the crash. Both Lucker and Thompson were wearing their seatbelts. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash. The northbound lane was blocked for approximately one and a half hours. The crash is still under investigation by Trooper Green. He was assisted at the scene by the Teton County Sheriffs Office, the Teton County Fire Department, and Teton County EMS.
