INCIDENT INFORMATION: Monsen was traveling westbound on I90 down Lookout Pass attempting to negotiate a curve to the right at a speed estimated at 65-68 mph. The combination of the weight, speed, and momentum caused the vehicle to flip on to the right side, blocking the entire interstate. Traffic was diverted to the eastbound side with one lane in each direction. The road is still blocked for cleanup. Monsen was arrested for reckless driving.
