INCIDENT INFORMATION: Scott was northbound on US95 in the right hand lane approaching the intersection of 41st St. North where Rumfelt was pulling out from 41st St. North to go southbound on US95. Rumfelt didn�t see Scott, however Scott saw the car pulling out. He hit the brakes and turned to the left to avoid hitting Rumfelt. The front of the pickup struck the driver side area of the car. Both vehicles turned sideways and the pickup rolled onto its passenger side. Rumfelt was cited for failure to yield.
