INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Robinson was travelling south bound on US95 when she came around a corner, lost control and went off the road on the left shoulder striking a tree. The vehicle came to rest on it's top and she had to be extracated out of the vehicle. She was transported to St. Josephs Medical Center. Seat belt was worn.
