On December 14, 2010, at approximately 7:03 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on SH33 at mile marker 155 near the Idaho Wyoming state line.

Maureen Molinari, age 46 of Jackson Wyoming, was traveling southbound on SH33 in a 2008 Subaru Outback. Molinari lost control of her vehicle crossing over the center lines into the northbound lanes of travel where Ofelia Salas-Marrufo, age 36 of Driggs, was traveling in a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Molinari was struck on her passenger side.

Salas-Marrufo and her passengers were transported by ground ambulance to Teton Valley Hospital with minor injuries. Molinari was transported to St John's in Jackson, Wyoming via ground ambulance. All occupants were wearing their seat belts. Speeds too fast for conditions are thought to have been a factor in this crash.

Trooper M.Cox was assisted at the scene by Teton County Sheriff's Office, Teton County (Wyoming)Sheriff's Office, Wyoming Hiway Patrol, and Teton County Medical.
