On Saturday, December 18, 2010, at approximately 09:43 a.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle rollover with minor injuries. Milan Miric, 56, of Salt Lake City, UT was traveling westbound, in a semi with 2 trailers, on I84 near Jerome when he went off the right shoulder and lost control of his vehicle. The rear trailer of Mirics' vehicle overturned onto its side and came to rest blocking both lanes of traffic for 4 hours. Traffic was diverted to the median to go around.

Winter conditions and icy roads were a contributing factor. All lanes are now open.

Miric was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He was transported by ground ambulance to St. Benedicts in Jerome, ID.

Trooper DeBie was assisted by Trooper Porupsky, ITD and Gooding Sherriff.
