On Sunday, November 21, 2010 , at approximately 6:55 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a four vehicle non-injury crash on EB I184 at milepost 1 near the Franklin exit. Jessica Sanow, 19, of Boise, was driving eastbound on I184 at the Franklin Overpass when she lost control of her 1997 Ford Mustang and spun out in the middle of the roadway. A 1996 Toyota Avalon being driven by Dale Leatham, 62, of Boise impacted the side of the Ford Mustang. Leatham's vehicle was then struck by Keith Wheeler, 36 of Nampa, driving a 2006 Kia Optima and Kylee Kritz, 20 of Kuna, driving a 2002 Saturn SL.

The inbound connecter was shut down for an hour. All drivers were wearing seatbelts. Weather was a factor. The investigation continues by Trooper Beckner who was assisted at scene by Trooper Hurley, Ada County Sheriff Office, Boise Police Department and Ada County Paramedics.
