INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Lambie and the juvenile female were participating in the Spokane to Sandpoint relay race. The juvenile was the runner as Lambie was her support person on a bicycle. The two were on the west shoulder when Kahuhu crossed over the center line into the opposing travel lane and onto the shoulder striking both Lambie and the juvenile. Kahuhu was charged with man slaughter, the investigagtion is continuing. ** Next of kin has been notified**
