UPDATE:
Both lanes of travel are now open westbound on I84 at milepost 184.

Original release:
Idaho State Police and Jerome County Deputies are on scene of a crash westbound on I84 at mile marker 184. At this time, both westbound lanes of travel are blocked. Traffic is being diverted off exit 188, Valley Road Exit.
It is unknown how long the delay will last.
