On Tuesday, June 01, 2010 at approximately 8:40 a.m. the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash on state highway 75 at milepost 85.9.

Randall Webber, 39 of Gooding, was driving a silver 2006 GMC Sierra pickup north bound on state highway 75 north of Shoshone. He drifted into the south bound traffic hitting a blue 2001 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Leah Fredback of Hailey. Webber was transported by air ambulance to St. Lukes Magic Valley Regional Medical Center. After being stabilized Webber was then transported by air ambulance to St Alphonsus in Boise. Fredback was wearing her seatbelt and released with minor injuries. Webber was totally ejected from the vehicle and was not wearing his seatbelt. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected.

State highway 75 was closed for approx 30-45 minutes while air ambulance landed, afterward being reduced to 1 lane for approx 3 more hours.

The crash is still under investigation by Trooper Pohanka. He was assisted by Trooper Kilton, along with deputies and medical personnel from Lincoln County.
