Lucille Collins was driving northbound on SH97 at milepose 66. She drove off the right shoulder, over corrected, slid across both lanes onto the opposite shoulder. She then went over the embankment, went down a steep enbankment, rolled over and struck trees. The vehicle remained on its top with Collins trapped in the vehicle until approximately 11:00 AM this morning. Alcohol was not involved. Citation issued.
