INCIDENT INFORMATION: Wagner was travelling southbound on US95 at 341.3. Another vehicle was headed northbound in the southbound lanes. Both vehicles reacted steering in to each other, colliding head on. Both vehicles started on fire. The driver of the other vehicle was pronounced at the scene. Roads have been blocked for several hours. Alcohol may have been a factor. A full press release will follow when further information is available.
