INCIDENT INFORMATION: Madison Donovan was driving west bound on St Joe River Road and while maneuvering the vehicle around a curve she drove off the right shoulder of the road. The vehicle traveled 244 feet before colliding with large rocks. The vehicle then tumbled through the air 40 more feet ejecting Neumann and Wickham. Passenger Riendeau was the only one wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol was a factor, the investigation continues.
