On March 30, 2010 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a four vehicle crash in Caldwell. Nick J. Sherran A. Davis, 66, of Caldwell was driving a blue 2009 Toyota Corolla west on Caldwell Blvd. Juan E. Capetillo, 34, of Nampa was driving a black 1999 Chevrolet Silverado west on Caldwell Blvd. Davis and Capetillo both attempted to avoid Nettleton, resulting in a collision between their two vehicles.

Tracy J. Schroeder, 34, of Caldwell was driving west on Caldwell Blvd. in a silver 2001 Kia Sportage. In Schroeder's vehicle were passengers Todd L. DeHaven, 44, of Caldwell, and a six year old female child. Schroeder swerved to her right to avoid a collision, but her vehicle was struck in the driver's side by Nettleton's vehicle.

Nettleton's vehicle went over the sidewalk, across the grass, and through the front wall of a house, coming to rest in the living room, striking Faye L. Dunlap, 76, of Caldwell.

All vehicle occupants were wearing seatbelts. Tracy J. Schroeder, her 6 year of age passenger, and Faye L. Dunlap were transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Alcohol is not a factor.
