**Final Update**

On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at approximately 1:15 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle, fatality crash, eastbound Interstate 84 at milepost 36, near the Franklin Road exit in Nampa. An adult male was driving a 2018 Ford pickup eastbound on I84 when he veered towards the median shoulder and collided with a 2006 Buick Rainier that was parked on the shoulder.

The driver of the Buick, Rosita Martinez Lopez, 35, of Mexico and her passenger, Sebastian Trujillo Varona, 57, of Mexico were both transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa. An additional passenger from the Buick and the passenger from the Ford, Grayhl Johnson, 82, of Philomath, Oregon were transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. The driver of the Ford pickup succumbed to his injuries at the scene. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The left lane of travel was blocked for approximately two hours while crews investigated. Driver of the Ford pickup's name is not being released at this time.
