On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at approximately 2:41 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle rollover crash involving a commercial vehicle. Benjamin D. Shannon, 18, of Nampa, was westbound on Interstate 184 at milepost 4, in Boise. Shannon was driving a 2010 International dump truck when he failed to negotiate a curve, went off the right shoulder, and steered the vehicle to the left. Shannon then steered back to the right, hit the barrier and the vehicle rolled, losing its load of dirt and concrete debris.
