UPDATE:

On Thursday, September 27, 2018, at approximately 8:13 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a fatality crash on 3200 North near 4475 East, south of Murtaugh.

Monsoradt Orozco, 18, of Murtaugh, was travelling eastbound on 3200 North in a 2005 Cadillac Escalade when her vehicle went off the right shoulder. The Escalade came back onto the roadway. Orozco overcorrected and lost control. The Escalade went off the left shoulder and then came back on the roadway. The Escalade then overturned and went off the right shoulder.

Orozco was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the crash. Next of kin have been notified.

Orozco was not wearing a seatbelt. 3200 North was blocked for approximately two hours and forty-five minutes.

Idaho State Police was assisted by Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office.

The Idaho State Police is currently investigating a single vehicle crash near the intersection of 4475 E and 3200 N, south of Murtaugh. The lanes on 3200 N are blocked at this time.
