1. Joseph Michael Sena, 50, of Boise is identified as the suspect in this fatality crash and is booked into the Canyon County Jail on the following charges (from the Canyon County Jail's website):

19-512(M)1A - Ada County Hold
20-228 - Parole Violation
I18-4006-3(B) - Manslaughter-Vehicular
I18-8005(9){f}{2} - DUI FELONY ENHANCEMENT with in 15 years
I18-8006 - Agg DUI Alcohol or Drugs
I49-1404(2) - Eluding Police Officer

2. The identities of the two deceased adult occupants of the passenger car remain undisclosed pending notification of next of kin.

On Saturday, July 14, 2018, at approximately 12:18 a.m., the Idaho State Police assisted the Nampa Police Department with a crash after a pursuit involving a pickup.

The pickup impacted a passenger car in the intersection of 16th Ave North and 3rd Street North in Nampa. Both vehicles came to rest in the roadway. The driver of the pickup was transported to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa. The two adult occupants inside the passenger car succumbed to their injuries on scene. No names are being released at this time. Next of kin has not been notified.

The driver of the pickup was later released from St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and booked into the Canyon County Jail on multiple criminal charges.

Idaho State Police was assisted by the Canyon County Paramedics, the Nampa Fire Department, and the Canyon County Coroner's Office.

More information will be released at a later time.
