On June 1st 2018 at 1:12 pm, Post Falls Police located a possible stolen vehicle on Seltice Way, near Ross Point Road in Post Falls, Idaho. A traffic stop was made on the White 1999 Chevy Tahoe but the vehicle fled shortly after. A short time later, the Tahoe crashed into a Silver 2018 Cadillac CT6 at the intersection of Maplewood Ave and Ross Point Road. The Idaho State Police responded to the scene to investigate the crash. The driver of the Tahoe, Levi J. Pogue, 26 yoa, of Spokane, WA was taken into custody for aggravated DUI and resisting arrest. The driver of the Cadillac, Donnie W. Apple, 76 yoa, of Post Falls and his passenger, Carolyn F. Apple, 78 yoa, also of Post Falls were transported to Kootenai Health with injuries sustained in the crash. Investigation is continuing.
