**Update**

On Thursday, March 8, 2018, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 at milepost 66, east of Boise. Rebecca Gibson, 68, of Idaho City, was traveling westbound in a commercial vehicle hauling three United Parcel Service trailers. Gibson drove off the right shoulder, overcorrected, and the back two trailers overturned. Emmanuel Gomez, 29, of Kennewick, Washington, was traveling westbound in a Kenworth Motor truck and trailer. Gomez swerved to avoid colliding with Gibson, and went into the median. Robert Fudge, 68, of Apache Junction, Arizona, was also traveling westbound in a Peterbilt Motors commercial vehicle hauling one trailer then collided with Gilbson's third trailer.

All occupants were wearing seatbelts. The lanes were blocked for approximately five hours and forty minutes.

Idaho State Police is investigating a crash westbound on I84 at mile marker 66, east of Boise.

Both westbound lanes are blocked. Traffic is being diverted through the East Boise Port of Entry Weigh Station. Motorists traveling in the area should use caution and expect delays.
