Upon arrival the scene, it was determined there was not a crash. All lanes of travel are now open.

Idaho State Police is currently en route to a non-injury crash on US 95 near milepost 56, in Payette, Idaho. The lanes of travel are reported to be completely blocked at this time. An update will be release as the situation changes.
