*Update*

On Monday, October 9, 2017, at approximately 7:42 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle crash southbound SH-55 near milepost 74, north of Gardena.

Marjorie E. Krahn, 59, of McCall, was driving northbound in a 2014 Honda Pilot. The vehicle drifted off the west side of the roadway and came to rest approximately 120 feet down an embankment. Krahn's passenger, Marilyn Krahn, 87, of McCall was transported by ground ambulance to St Luke's Boise. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The southbound lane was blocked for approximately 4 hours.
