On 10/30/2017, at 9:27 p.m., The Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash southbound on US95, at mile marker 72, in Payette.

Craig Tucker (70) of Weiser, driving a 2005 Buick Lacrosse, was stopped southbound on US95 waiting to make a left turn onto NE 21st Ave. Justin Dopf (38) of Boise, was driving a 1998 Honda Accord south on US95, did not see Tucker?s vehicle stopped to make the turn and rear ended it. Rebeeca Jones (18) and a juvenile were passengers in the Buick.

All occupants of both vehicles were transported by ground ambulance to St. Lukes in Fruitland. Dopf was not wearing a seatbelt.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
