INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Pinard was northbound on US95, slowing to turn left on Estes Road, when Hill, who was also northbound, swerved to avoid striking Pinard and went into oncoming traffic. Hill then hit Picha head on in the southbound lanes. The southbound lane of travel was blocked for approximately two hours. Bunfill was the passenger in Picha's vehicle and was transported to Gritman Medical Center. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.
