Trevor Edwards was travelling behind Andrews in his Nissan Versa, and struck Andrews' vehicle on the drivers' side. Jeffry Andrews and his passenger, Sharon Andrews, age 65, live in Rigby. Sharon Andrews was not wearing her seatbelt, and she and Jeffry were transported to the hospital.
