INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Kennedy was travelling westbound on US12 making a left turn on to 115th Street, when she failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Marshall was travelling eastbound on US12 and attempted to avoid the collision. He swerved to miss Kennedy but still struck her head on. Marshall then overcorrected and went across both the east and west bound lanes of travel where he went over the bank and came to rest in the river. The trailer disconnected from the semi and came to rest in the westbound lanes. Numerous attempts were made to try to locate next of kin for Kennedy.
