INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Olson and Jones were both northbound on US95 when Olsons vehicle hydroplaned and spun out in front of Jones. The vehicles made contact with minimal damage to the semi. Olson went off the left shoulder, going airborne and landed in the left southbound lane on its side. The vehicle rolled again, coming to rest on its tires in the southbound lane of travel, blocking the left lane for one hour.
