On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at approximately 8:39 pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle crash on interstate 15 at milepost 30, near Downey.

Waneta Dickerson, 57, of Moore, was driving southbound near milepost 30, in a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis when she lost control of the vehicle, struck the guard rail, and went off the right shoulder of the road.

Dickerson was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
