On Monday, September 21, 2015, at 1:15 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle injury crash on US Highway 93 at milepost 58, in Jerome County.

Manuel Madrigal Orozco, 26, of Jerome, was driving southbound in a 1993 Kenworth Semi. Madrigal Orozco attempted to turn eastbound on 100 South and the truck tipped onto its side.

Madrigal Orozco was wearing his seatbelt and was transported via ground ambulance to St. Lukes Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls.

100 South was blocked for over three hours while crews worked to clear the scene.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
