On Thursday, September 10, 2015, at approximately 2:10 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash northbound I-15 near milepost 73, near Chubbuck.

Justin D. Corbridge, 49, of Island Park, was driving a 1997 Kenworth Semi, pulling two trailers. Branden P. Palmer, 36, of Pocatello, was driving a 2002 Toyota Solara. While driving northbound on I-15, Corbridge's semi rear ended Palmer's Toyota. Both vehicles came to rest on the right side of the roadway. The semi's rear trailer ended up tipping over on its side, and the Toyota rolled off the right shoulder coming to rest on its top. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

Palmer was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center, in Pocatello.

The right northbound lane of travel is still blocked by emergency personnel as they work to clear the scene.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
